They serve a diverse client base, including banks, mobile operators, public administrations, and major retail players.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the territory sales strategy, including managing target accounts and mapping key partners such as integrators and regulators.

Lead the end-to-end sales process, including responding to RFPs / RFQs, negotiating contracts, and managing regulatory onboarding requirements.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with local payment switches and other key stakeholders.

Represent the company at major industry events and fintech summits across the region to increase brand visibility and generate business opportunities.

Drive consistent revenue growth within the assigned territory by identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in enterprise sales within the payments or fintech sector, focused on East African and / or South African markets.

Proven expertise with card switching, payment processing, or digital wallet platforms.

Well-established network of C-level contacts across multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 organizations in the region.

Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an advantage.
