Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining partnerships, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. This role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in the Satellite Industry, with proven track record in selling and dealing with the Satellite industry.
  • Being capable of building a Sales Strategy for the region and develop and grow the business leading to an increase in revenue generation.
  • Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Engagement skills.
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Analytical, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving abilities.
  • Experience in the technology, telecommunications, or networking industries is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Capable of working in an on-site, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client and business development activities.
