Purpose of the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Providing access to already established stop order markets within the public sector.
  • Acquisition of new stop order worksites within the Public Sector.
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating various sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective regional sales strategies to drive team performance.
  • Conducting regular coaching sessions to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that celebrates success and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in sales and/or marketing or a related field (essential, NQF level 7).
  • Relevant formal Management qualification advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a management‑level sales position (preferably within financial services).
  • Experience in budget management, human resource practices and operations essential.
  • Territory sales planning and execution on a tactical and operational level essential.
  • Must be computer literate (MS Office).
  • Must speak English fluently and be able to speak one other official African language.
  • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport essential; must be willing to travel.
