We’re looking for a results‑driven Regional Sales Manager to take charge of a fast‑paced, service‑driven operation within a national group. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategy, client relationships, and measurable results — combining people leadership with business acumen to deliver regional success.

POSITION INFO : What You’ll Do :
  • Lead and direct the regional sales and business development strategy.
  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and expenditure plans.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.
  • Manage and mentor the sales and administration teams to exceed targets.
  • Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Build and maintain long‑term client partnerships through trust and exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and company standards.
What You’ll Bring :
  • Matric (NQF 4) essential; Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (NQF 7+) preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Sales Management role within a medium to large organisation.
  • Strong exposure to hospitality, service, or FMCG‑related industries.
  • Sound understanding of supply and demand chain management, textiles, laundry processes, client service delivery, financial principles, budgeting and forecasting, and legal and compliance frameworks (OHSA, BCEA, LRA).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
