What Youll Do


  • Lead and direct the regional sales and business development strategy.

  • Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and expansion.

  • Develop and execute sales forecasts, budgets, and expenditure plans.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors.

  • Manage and mentor the sales and administration teams to exceed targets.

  • Analyse performance trends and implement corrective actions where needed.

  • Build and maintain long-term client partnerships through trust and exceptional service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and company standards.


What Youll Bring


  • Matric (NQF 4) essential; Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (NQF 7+) preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Sales Management role within a medium to large organisation.

  • Strong exposure to hospitality, service, or FMCG-related industries.

  • Sound understanding of Supply and demand chain management.

  • Textiles, laundry processes, and client service delivery

  • Financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Legal and compliance frameworks (OHSA, BCEA, LRA)

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
