Job summary

A logistics company in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a Manager, Regional Retention for Road Logistics. The ideal candidate will manage sales teams, retain client relationships, and achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a valid driver's license, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Retention Management in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Sales and/or Retention Management in Logistics Transport/Supply Chain.
• Fluent in English (written and oral).
• Must have own reliable vehicle and a valid unendorsed drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Work with regional management to achieve financial targets.
• Lead the sales team for the region to meet revenue targets.
• Drive retention strategy to sustain annual retention budget.
• Recruit and develop team members through training.
• Manage and maintain client information related to contracts and rates.
