REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER FIDELITY ADT

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

The overall purpose of the position is to effectively manage the functions of the Operations Department within the region, with key focus on providing quality contractual services to customers, in compliance with legislation, company policies, processes and procedures, and to ensure the achievement of budgeted financial targets. The role requires a highly engaged leader who will implement future strategies for producing the changes needed to achieve the required business results.

Requirements

Experience

  • 10 years of progressively more responsible positions in senior management positions, preferably in a similar industry, if not in possession of a formal tertiary qualification.
  • Proven track record of successfully supervising and managing a team within a high demand environment.

Qualification

  • Relevant Management Degree/Diploma/Certificate and/or relevant experience.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Align people with process: communicate direction and lead change to achieve business results.
  • Provide leadership to a senior team of managers in a customer-service oriented organisation.
  • Manage interdivisional relationships and take ownership for the department.
  • Create a performance-based culture and ensure succession planning.
  • Compliance: ensure processes relate to Armed Response, Guarding, Fleet and Training comply with rules and legislation; monitor compliance and minimise risk.
  • Armed Response: partner with business functions to improve service delivery and cost efficiencies; analyse data and implement improvements.
  • Guarding Management: ensure wage-to-revenue ratios, monitor NPS, manage direct labour and vehicle policies.
  • Fleet Management: maintain safe, reliable fleet; plan resources; manage fuel and accidents; oversee fleet processes.
  • Training: ensure operational employees are trained; develop training initiatives with Fidelity ADT Training department.
  • Environmental Health and Safety: lead EHS, conduct audits, reduce incidents.
