Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' marketing/communications experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • At least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in multi-brand strategy, digital marketing, and media relations.

Responsibilities

Regional Marketing & Communications Lead

As Regional Marketing & Communications Lead, you will elevate the Hospitality’s brand and hotel portfolio across your region, ensuring all initiatives align with business goals. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead regional marketing strategy, leveraging consumer insights, market trends, and stakeholder relationships to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional marketing and communications strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and compliance across all properties and platforms.

  • Campaign Oversight: Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social) to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyse consumer trends, competitors, and performance metrics to inform decision‑making.

  • Budget & Agency Management: Oversee regional budgets and third‑party agencies to ensure cost‑effective delivery.

  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and optimise results.

  • Media & Partnerships: Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and brand partners to amplify visibility.

  • Team Development: Support hotels in recruiting, training, and mentoring marketing and communication talent.

  • Performance Reporting: Track and report campaign results, share best practices, and support regional development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Tourism (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 years’ marketing/communications experience, preferably in hospitality; at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Proven expertise in multi‑brand strategy, digital marketing, and media relations.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
