Overview

The role focuses on securing lease agreements, reducing vacancies, and driving new revenue. It requires strong relationship‑building with tenants, brokers, and property professionals. Market research, competitor analysis, and promoting available spaces form a key part of the role. The position also manages all leasing administration, including documentation, FICA, handovers, and reporting. This role will require the person to be on the road, covering the area, they need someone focused on closing deals.

Requirements
  • Experience in leasing, property marketing, vacancy reduction, and negotiating new lease agreements across a diverse property portfolio.
  • Strong administrative capability, including handling FICA, documentation, handovers, inspections, reporting, and use of the MDA property management system.
  • Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and develop marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and support new revenue generation.
  • Must have a valid driver’s licence, be comfortable working predominantly on the road across Gauteng and nearby regions, and be based in Rosebank
  • A self-driven, deal-focused Regional Leasing Manager with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to network with brokers, tenants, and property professionals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new leasing revenue by sourcing tenants, negotiating and concluding lease agreements, and reducing vacancies across the property portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and key property professionals while actively networking and promoting available spaces.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and implement marketing strategies using multiple channels to maximise occupancy and support business growth.
  • Manage all leasing administration, including FICA compliance, documentation, handovers, inspections, and preparation of reports using the MDA property management system.
  • Provide regular feedback to senior management, support budgeting and forecasting, ensure adherence to internal processes, and represent the organisation at meetings and leasing engagements.
