Job summary

A leading financial services company is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in Cape Town, responsible for resolving technical incidents and supporting the IT service delivery across regional offices. Ideal candidates will have strong hardware and software diagnostic skills, as well as experience with Microsoft environments. The role requires good communication skills and a readiness to travel to provide IT support at various locations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years in Microsoft desktop OS and network protocols.
  • Experience troubleshooting remote and desk-side issues.
  • 3+ years in IT Service Desk and Citrix support.

Responsibilities

  • Support and manage incidents, changes, and requests.
  • Ensure SLA compliance while resolving tickets.
  • Act as project resource for tech service rollouts.
