Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience in BPO, call centre, or telecom environments is essential.
• Strong knowledge of dialler system functionality and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all IT operations within the assigned region.
• Ensure optimal performance and uptime of systems critical to operations.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT assets.
• Act as regional escalation point for high-impact incidents.
• Conduct regular IT audits and risk assessments.
