A consulting firm based in Johannesburg is looking for a qualified professional to manage industrial relations processes and build positive communications with stakeholders. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant experience and a tertiary qualification in HR, IR, or LLB. This role involves ensuring compliance with Labour Court proceedings and actively participating in employment equity matters.
Establishing training needs.
Implementing steps to building relationships through positive communications and reliable, accurate administration.
Ensuring accurate submission of reports and documentation to relevant bodies in relation to CCMA and Labour Court proceedings.
Leading and facilitating formal communications, consultations, and meetings with stakeholders.
Mitigating against risks.
Actively participating in employment equity matters.
Manage Industrial relations processes and disputes in compliance with company policies and procedures
