Job summary

A leading global fashion brand is seeking a Regional HR Business Partner for South Africa to oversee HR functions, drive engagement, and ensure compliance with local labour laws. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of HR management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture. This full-time role requires frequent travel to various store locations including Cape Town and Durban.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in retail or fast-paced environments.
  • 3-5 years of CCMA experience with a proven track record in handling labour disputes.
  • Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive HR strategy and policies in alignment with Zara's global standards.
  • Develop initiatives for employee engagement and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development programs.
