Introduction

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the full HR function within a unionised environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong HR administration and management expertise, a solid understanding of labour legislation, and proven experience operating at a senior level.

This role requires a hands-on professional with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive HR strategy and compliance within a dynamic operational setting.

Desired Experience
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience in a unionised environment (preferably within the transport or motor industry), of which at least 5 years must be in a managerial capacity
  • Strong HR administration and management experience is essential
  • Candidates with a background primarily in Industrial Relations (IR) or Labour Relations (LR) will not be considered
  • Valid Code 08 (EB) driver's licence
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced level)
  • Experience with computerised HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems
  • Sound knowledge of labour legislation and Main Agreements
