Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager responsible for overseeing HR functions across multiple branches. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management, talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management. This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with a passion for employee engagement and operational efficiency. Candidates with experience in logistics or supply chain are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–8 years' HR generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience within the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry is essential.
  • Proven experience managing a multi-site workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR functions across multiple branches.
  • Drive HR initiatives supporting employee engagement and productivity.
  • Manage all industrial relations matters including grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and accurate HR administration.
  • Implement performance management systems across the region.
  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare regional HR reports and analyze HR data.
