Regional General Manager, Eastern Cape -Port Elizabeth

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Regional General Manager to oversee Eastern Cape operations for a leading national consultancy organisation. This is a high-impact, executive leadership role with a clear growth trajectory into the Western Cape or Gauteng, offering the opportunity to shape regional strategy and drive sustainable business growth.

Your Role:
  • Provide strategic regional leadership across operations in supply chain services, technology-enabled security, retail (and other) facilities services, and industrial cleaning.
  • Build, develop, and lead high‑performing teams, ensuring talent growth and a culture of accountability.
  • Drive regional business growth through proactive client engagement and identification of new opportunities.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all service lines, with strong focus on compliance, quality assurance, and service delivery.
  • Oversee regional financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain and strengthen key client relationships to support retention and growth.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned to national strategic objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to all operational, regulatory, health & safety, and company standards.
