Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in fleet and motor vehicle assessment/management essential.
• 5 years experience at Middle Management level.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Computer Literate (MS Office advanced Excel PowerPoint Internet).
• Financial acumen.
• People Management experience with a proven track record of employee engagement and development.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effective running of the fleet and vehicle availability.
• Monitor fuel consumption and provide feedback to managers.
• Authorize procurement and cancellation of fuel cards.
• Liaise with management to leverage best practices within Fleet division.
• Assist in budget preparations and management.
• Ensure legal compliance of fleet and manage accidents.
