Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support regional data collection, analysis, and reporting across the TMEA region. You will produce accurate, timely information for Technical, Commercial, and Management teams and maintain dashboards, datasets, and reports under the guidance of the TMEA Senior Data Analyst.

You will drive data collection, validation, and analysis for trials, translate data into actionable insights, and support business planning, benchmarking, and customer support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline such as Data Analytics/Statistics/Business Analytics.
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in data analysis, BI, reporting or technical analytics; poultry/agriculture experience is a plus.
• Experience with data cleaning, validation, analysis, visualization, and recurring report prep.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense and JMP.
• Knowledge of broiler or broiler breeder operations would be advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English; regional language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, clean, and validate data from regional teams and approved systems.
• Maintain data quality by addressing gaps and issues with data owners.
• Perform descriptive, trend, variance, benchmarking analyses using approved methods.
• Develop and maintain data collection templates, models, and SOPs.
• Create integrated datasets using EasyFlock, Qliksense, SHAPs, and other sources.
• Prepare dashboards, market reports, and BI outputs aligned with the reporting calendar.
• Coordinate data submissions from Sales and Technical teams; resolve quality issues.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with analyses and presentations.
• Produce sales/technical materials, product comparisons, and analytical models.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests within priorities and timelines.
