Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Regional Cleaning Manager to lead operations across multiple sites in and around Mahikeng. This role combines strategic planning with on-site supervision in a hybrid model, focusing on service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

You will manage budgets, develop teams, and drive a culture of excellence across the North West region, with travel to sites and regular client engagement to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior cleaning management or operations leadership.
• Budget management, team leadership and strategic planning.
• Understanding of cleaning standards, regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Experience in hybrid remote/on-site operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant degree is advantageous.
