Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher company, seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive growth across ROSA and Sub-Saharan Africa. The role combines direct and indirect channels, engaging labs, funders and procurement stakeholders while leading partner governance and market access initiatives.

You will manage pricing governance, forecast accuracy and wallet growth, with strong emphasis on DBS processes, risk management and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in IVD/healthcare commercial leadership.
• Minimum 5 years in Sub-Saharan Africa markets.
• Experience with distributors/channel partners and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead partner selection, onboarding, governance and performance reviews.
• Drive revenue, margin and forecast accuracy across ROSA and Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Maintain deep knowledge of pricing, tenders, funders and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Service and Supply Chain to manage risk.
• Travel extensively across ROSA and Sub-Saharan Africa to engage partners and customers.
