Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily Staff floor operations across gaming, hospitality, entertainment and guest service functions
- Lead and manage floor staff, including waiters, bartenders, cleaning and other operational personnel
- Ensure compliance with all Client regulations and internal controls
- Monitor staff activity and resolve service disputes professionally
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and service standards of Uniform and equipment
- Prepare shift reports and support management in operational planning
- Manage Biometric data and ensure effective time management from all staff on complex
- Assist the Client with operational requirements from a service provider perspective
- Foster a positive and energetic environment for both staff and guests
- You will be working in Vanderbijlpark 80% of the time with additional 20% being on the road to sites within 50km
- You will be expected to report to Newton head office twice a month
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in casino or hospitality management
- Strong understanding of hospitality and entertainment operations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays required)
- Must have own reliable transport
- Must be willing to travel 20% of the time to other sites - Fuel compensation will be provided
Package & Remuneration
R15 000 basic salary + Fuel Allowance for site traveling
