Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years factory management experience in refrigeration or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Technical background in refrigeration, electronics, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in setting up and maintaining production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Factory Manager in all aspects of refrigeration production.
• Help set up and maintain production machines.
• Provide practical training in brazing, gas welding, and refrigeration electronics.
