We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role you will own end‑to‑end recruitment and candidate management for WL1 roles, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role requires a deep understanding of talent landscapes, both internal and external, to meet business needs effectively.

You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way. As an individual you are the one responsible for your own well‑being and delivering high standards of work. You must also focus on the Consumer and what they need. This is an office‑based role in Durban and requires 100% of time attendance on site.
