About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to join our clients dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and shortlisting candidates to meet client-specific requirements. This role involves close collaboration with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will report to the UK director and provide support to consultancy teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Leverage job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screening and Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on job specifications.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Job Advertising: Draft and post engaging job advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide regular updates on candidate sourcing progress.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and labor market developments to offer strategic advice to both clients and candidates.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate interviews, collect candidate documentation, and perform other recruitment-related administrative duties as needed.
