Position Overview
We are seeking a tenacious and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who is self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and engaging candidates, providing market insights, and supporting the recruitment team to deliver outstanding client solutions.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement
- Proactively source, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media.
- Draft, post, and manage job advertisements tailored to client needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Build strong relationships and oversee candidate transitions throughout the recruitment process.
Market Insights and Opportunity Identification
- Research and share insights on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide salary benchmarks and skill demand analysis to assist clients and team members.
- Support business development by identifying potential leads and sharing knowledge‑driven strategies.
Administrative and Compliance Support
- Conduct pre‑employment and compliance checks in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the internal database.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and meet compliance standards.
