We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Recruitment Resourcer to support our client in sourcing and securing top talent for their organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and matching candidates to appropriate roles, while developing effective recruitment strategies and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will combine the commercial acumen of a salesperson with the insight of a headhunter.

Excellent communication skills, sound judgement, and a consultative approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
