Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Manager, located on-site at the BCC Telemarketing office in Umhlanga. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding talented candidates. Daily tasks will also include developing recruitment strategies, managing job advertisements, collaborating with department heads to fulfill staffing needs, and maintaining applicant records to ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and managing full-cycle hiring processes
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and data management systems
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HR technologies
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities to guide hiring decisions and strategies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in the telemarketing or call center industry is a plus
