As our business scales, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support our Managing Director across recruitment operations, daily business functions, and multi‑brand social media activities.
This is a multi‑faced hybrid role requiring someone who is switched on, confident, tech‑savvy, and able to handle a fast‑paced environment with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Recruitment Researcher & Executive Assistant who will play a vital dual role:
- Recruitment Support — sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting references, coordinating with candidates, and ensuring our recruitment processes run efficiently.
- Executive Assistant to the Managing Director — providing day‑to‑day support, managing diaries, assisting with communication, writing, and overseeing social media for three growing brands.
This is a key support role where you work closely with the Managing Director to help drive operational excellence and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Research & Talent Support
- Source candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Screen CVs, contact candidates, verify experience, check availability, and gather key information.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates, clients, and the MD.
- Draft professional candidate summaries and motivations.
- Conduct reference checks and prepare reports.
- Maintain organised recruitment trackers and documentation.
Executive Assistant Support
- Manage the Managing Director’s diary, priorities, and daily workflow.
- Assist with emails, follow‑ups, reminders, and communication.
- Ensure the MD is prepared for meetings, presentations, and deadlines.
- Provide administrative and operational support across multiple business activities.
- Be a proactive problem‑solver who thinks ahead and takes initiative.
Social Media & Brand Management
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across three brands (Future Careers + others).
- Monitor engagement, inboxes, and comment responses across platforms.
- Work with the MD on content ideas, captions, and brand storytelling.
- Ensure brand consistency and professional online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Oversee and manage all social content.
- Understand all platforms and how they work (algorithms, content types, etc.).
- Report on analytics and progress to leadership.
- Follow and stay up to date on all policies.
- Engage in social media listening and monitoring—setting up alerts and daily check‑ins.
General Support & Coordination
- Help coordinate projects, events, and internal initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support the team with documentation, formatting, and presentation preparation.
- Work closely with the MD to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally organised, sharp‑thinking, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional manner.
- Confident on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, CapCut and Canva.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and handle fast‑moving tasks.
- Proactive, solutions‑driven, and able to take initiative without constant supervision.
- Comfortable speaking with candidates and conducting phone screenings.
- Strong admin, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work directly with a Managing Director in a high‑performance environment.
- Recruitment or EA experience advantageous but not essential if you have the right mindset.
- Must be tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools/systems.
- Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
