A global recruitment firm is seeking a dedicated recruiter to source and qualify candidates across technical sales, healthtech, and insurance markets. This role involves building strong networks and ensuring a high-quality experience for clients and candidates. Ideal candidates should have recruitment experience and communication skills. The position offers remote-first flexibility and the opportunity to work directly with leadership on international projects.
Work closely with our directors and client teams to understand hiring priorities
Deliver on live client mandates by sourcing and qualifying candidates globally
Focus on technical sales, healthtech, and insurance markets
Build and maintain strong candidate networks across multiple geographies
Ensure a high-quality candidate and client experience throughout the process
Experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, agency environment
Proven ability to source internationally across technical, sales, or specialist roles
Background in technical sales, healthtech, or insurance recruitment preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Remote-first with teams in South Africa, the UK, Bulgaria and USA
Work directly with leadership on international client delivery
