Recruitment Coordinator – High-Volume Operations Hiring

📍 Remote | 🕐 PST or EST Hours | 💼 Full-Time

We’re hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to help drive high-volume hiring across our operations and support teams. In this fast-paced, full-time role, you’ll do more than schedule interviews—you’ll also conduct initial candidate screens, maintain structured hiring pipelines, and keep the recruitment engine running smoothly.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams and time zones

  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, professionalism, and communication

  • Keep candidate pipelines up to date in our ATS (Recruiterflow)

  • Post job descriptions, manage applicant flow, and move candidates through stages

  • Draft and send candidate communications, including rejections and follow-ups

  • Partner with internal recruiters and hiring managers to improve workflows

  • Help maintain a high-touch, responsive candidate experience from start to finish

✅ What You Bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR support, or agency/ops hiring

  • Strong communication and interviewing skills—you’re confident on Zoom and email

  • Excellent organization and calendar management across time zones

  • Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Recruiterflow, or similar ATS)

  • Ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing track of details

  • Available to work full-time on PST or EST hours

  • A proactive, solutions-first mindset and desire to grow in the recruiting field
