Janin-1We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant for a permanent vacancy based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities
  • Use sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies.
  • Visiting clients (existing and new) to build and develop relationships.
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies.
  • Drawing up job vacancies for advertising purposes, and utilizing candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, referencing, and shortlisting for the client.
  • Reviewing prepared CVs and references to forward to clients.
  • Briefing the candidates regarding the position applied for.
  • Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and informing candidates about the results of interviews.
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
Qualifications
  • 3 years' sales consulting experience in the recruitment industry.

  • Matric, drivers license and own vehicle.
