Keeper is an Australian based recruitment agency working in a niche area of finance. We are looking for a South Africa based sourcer who can take ownership of candidate sourcing while helping me with light marketing and admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist candidates on LinkedIn and job boards
• Create search strings and Boolean queries
• Conduct Teams calls
• Send outreach messages and manage candidate tracking spreadsheets
• Help maintain CRM records with updated candidate data and notes
• Draft job ads and assist with basic marketing such as LinkedIn posts or email campaigns
• Conduct market research and build candidate maps

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 or more years in recruitment, marketing or sales
• Strong written English and confident communication
• Comfortable working remotely with autonomy
• Able to overlap at least 2 to 3 hours with Australian business hours

Bonus Points For

• Proficient with LinkedIn sourcing, Google Docs or Sheets and at least one ATS or CRM
• Experience sourcing finance or tech roles or working with Australian or UK clients
• Ability to draft simple LinkedIn posts or edit templates in Canva
