Job summary

A recruitment firm in Bellville seeks a recruitment consultant for permanent employment. Responsibilities include business development, candidate sourcing, and managing the recruitment process. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Competitive salary with commission offered. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Grade 12 qualification (any relevant additional qualifications will be advantageous)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
  • Experience with CRM databases (Placement Partner experience is advantageous)
  • Own transport and a valid drivers license
Responsibilities
  • New business development and pipeline development

  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
