INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for meeting the set targets
- Develop business through regular client contact and account management
- Maintain and service existing clients
- Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies
- Cold calling both candidates and clients
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets
- Record detailed job specifications from clients
- Compile and place vacancies on all available job portals
- Responsible for MIE checks and background checks
- Typing of CV’s on Oxyon format
- 360 Recruitment
- TES and perm recruitment
- Ensure that all recruitment is conducted in an ethical manner in line with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct
