Job description
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS
  • Matric Certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Computer literate
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for meeting the set targets
  • Develop business through regular client contact and account management
  • Maintain and service existing clients
  • Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methodologies
  • Cold calling both candidates and clients
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and billings targets
  • Record detailed job specifications from clients
  • Compile and place vacancies on all available job portals
  • Responsible for MIE checks and background checks
  • Typing of CV’s on Oxyon format
  • 360 Recruitment
  • TES and perm recruitment
  • Ensure that all recruitment is conducted in an ethical manner in line with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct
