POSITION INFO :
Looking for an energetic & dynamic person to fill a 360-degree role :
REQUIREMENTS :
- Recruitment experience required: Permanent staff placements, financial, technical, warehousing, energy, temp staff placements, blue collar, engineering, packaging, etc.
- Technical recruitment (blue collar) experience is required.
- Financial background or financial recruitment experience is beneficial.
- This is a 360-degree role involving sourcing CVs, setting up interviews, preparing & serving employment documents, and managing terminations.
- May include basic HR / IR functions like preparing & serving warnings.
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12 essential.
- Own transport & valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Fluent in English & Afrikaans to serve client base effectively.
- Basic HR / IR experience is preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms like Facebook & LinkedIn is an advantage.
PRIMARY DUTIES :
- Recruitment - permanent and some temporary blue collar placements.
- Business development (new business).
- Client service.
- Resolve client & employee queries/issues.
- Recruitment admin.
- Manage vacancies on Placement Partner (training provided) and post to social media platforms.
- Prepare recruitment & termination documents.
- Basic HR / IR document preparation.
- Conduct ad hoc site visits.
- Other duties as required.
SKILLS :
- Strong communication, writing, grammar & listening skills.
- Well spoken & presentable.
- Able to work independently.
- Deadline-driven.
- Computer literate: MS Office (Excel & Word); Placement Partner & SharePoint experience is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks/vacancies.
- Accurate and timely work execution.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
