Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bulk Recruitment Consultant to join our fast paced team!
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Recruitment Manager to understand staffing needs and job requirements within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and campus recruitment, to source potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate their qualifications and fit with the position.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Uploading of candidate videos in central point for submission to client
- Ensure all candidates available and able to attend specific training groups once approved (verbal and written communication)
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any inquiries they may have.
- Assist in the preparation for requesting of employment offers, following company guidelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure all onboarding documents are accurately captured and uploaded
- Collaborate with the HR team to create and update job descriptions, recruitment materials, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications
- Matric pass
- National Diploma HR
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Will be advantageous.
Experience Required
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to handle a large volume of recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of motivation and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
