Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bulk Recruitment Consultant to join our fast paced team!

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Recruitment Manager to understand staffing needs and job requirements within the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods, such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and campus recruitment, to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates, including phone and video interviews, to evaluate their qualifications and fit with the position.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Uploading of candidate videos in central point for submission to client
  • Ensure all candidates available and able to attend specific training groups once approved (verbal and written communication)
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates on their application status and answering any inquiries they may have.
  • Assist in the preparation for requesting of employment offers, following company guidelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure all onboarding documents are accurately captured and uploaded
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create and update job descriptions, recruitment materials, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualifications
  • Matric pass
  • National Diploma HR
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Will be advantageous.
Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to handle a large volume of recruitment activities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
