Recruitment Operations Associate (Remote – South Africa)

ROI Consultancy is a recruitment agency based in the Netherlands, specializing in the finance market.

We connect top talent with leading firms while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

We're looking for a self‑motivated, driven Recruitment Operations Associate to join us remotely.

You’ll work directly with the founder and play a key role in building our pipeline of candidates and clients.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on targets, takes ownership, and wants to grow fast in a performance‑driven environment.

What You’ll Do

LinkedIn Outreach: Run daily messaging campaigns to generate candidate leads and maintain active pipelines.

Post‑Call Support: After the founder speaks to a candidate, you’ll:

  • Research relevant companies hiring for similar roles.
  • Identify decision‑makers (partners, hiring managers, directors).
  • Send professional outreach emails introducing the candidate.

Client Outreach:

  • Build and maintain a list of target companies and decision‑makers.
  • Send LinkedIn and email outreach to generate new client leads.
  • Follow up consistently to book intro calls.

Admin & Tracking:

  • Keep accurate, up‑to‑date records using Google Docs and Attio.
  • Track outreach activity and responses daily.
Requirements

Mandatory: Reliable Wi‑Fi connection and a computer suitable for full‑time remote work.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Proficiency with LinkedIn, Google Docs, and email communication.

Self‑starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Target‑driven mindset: comfortable with KPIs, quotas, and tracking performance.

Bonus: Previous experience in recruitment, sales outreach, or lead generation.
