Job Summary

There's never been a more thrilling time to join Outsized as we are rapidly expanding and delivering a much-needed service to the South African market and beyond. As part of the Customer Solutions you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver on our promise to clients – to source, curate and deliver excellent talent options for key contract roles.

Responsibilities

• Use various portals and platforms, both internal and external, to attract relevant talent to opportunities sourced by Outsized.
• Call and quality assure consultants who apply for consulting opportunities via Outsized.
• Manage communication with both clients and talent.
• Ensure commitments in terms of quality and timing are adhered to.
• Help in attracting talent to the Outsized platform.
• Give feedback on improvements that can be made to the Outsized service and technology.
• Developing and implementing improved work processes.
• Ensuring best practice is continually shared and updated.

What we are looking for

• 6 to 18 months recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Full recruitment experience.
• A bachelor's degree or higher.
• Hands‑on experience using career portals.
• Recruitment experience within financial services or technology would be advantageous.
• An ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders (clients and consultants).
• Energy, an enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, a can‑do attitude and great communication.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook).
• A willingness to work from home and office (hybrid system).
• Located in Cape Town.
