What You’ll Be Doing:
- Partner with our CSM team to thoroughly understand new IT / Tech roles and client hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing and screening to offer management.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT / Tech professionals.
- Maintain robust candidate pipelines and ensure a consistent flow of qualified talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every stage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless recruitment processes and successful placements.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant , with a proven track record of successful placements.
- IT / Tech recruitment experience is highly advantageous , including familiarity with various tech stacks and industry trends.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset , and the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar recruitment software.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
