With our 24/7 service, as a Recruitment / Booking Consultant, you'll play a vital role in guaranteeing that as a business we are able to deliver round-the-clock coverage for urgent matters, ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.

Key Outputs
  • Assist in recruiting temporary / locum staff
  • Schedule staff placements at various client facilities
  • Record bookings accurately on client platforms and internal CRM
  • Ensure booked staff attend as scheduled
  • Manage post-booking changes and gather staff feedback
  • Confirm staff competence and compliance
  • Coordinate additional training for staff if needed
  • Regularly contact client facilities for their staffing needs / account management end-to-end
  • Develop and maintain client relationship to ensure quality services
  • Handle incidents and complaints
  • Stay updated on operational changes
  • Support training and guidance for personnel
  • Document interactions on the CRM system
  • Report any errors or issues
  • Submit staff details to Payroll promptly
  • Address staff payroll queries
  • Facilitate communication between staff and internal departments
  • Manage resources for optimal efficiency
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required
  • Responsible for business growth by expanding current client base
  • Prospecting and lead generation for new business
  • Managing accounts by engaging and servicing existing client portfolios

  • Responsible for scheduling staff shifts to optimise staffing levels

Required Skills
  • Matric; 2 - 3 years' experience in temporary staff placements (TES)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in multiple software packages and systems
