Key Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and internal databases
  • Format CVs, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication
  • Track candidate progress across various roles
  • Post job ads on multiple platforms
Payroll & Compliance
  • Cross-check timesheets and placement information with payroll records
  • Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets
  • Keep compliance documentation accurate and current (e.g., contracts, background checks)
Administrative Support
  • Manage recruitment administrative tasks
  • Follow up with candidates for outstanding documents
  • Assist with onboarding (reference checks, documentation)
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate records
