Are you highly organised detail-oriented and passionate about supporting a fast-paced recruitment team We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing Cape Town office in a hybrid working capacity.

If youre someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in being the engine behind successful talent acquisition operations this could be your next step.

What Youll Be Doing :
  • Providing end-to-end administrative support to the recruitment function across multiple teams
  • Coordinating interview scheduling between candidates hiring managers and interviewers across time zones
  • Managing and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring candidate data is accurate and up to date
  • Posting job adverts screening CVs and conducting initial candidate outreach where required
  • Ensuring background checks references and compliance documentation are completed in a timely manner
  • Assisting with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Preparing reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Acting as a point of contact for general recruitment enquiries from candidates and hiring teams
Requirements
What We’re Looking For :
  • Prior experience in a recruitment support or HR administration role (in-house or agency)
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal
  • A proactive service-driven mindset with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confidence using recruitment software applicant tracking systems and MS Office / Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
