What you’ll be doing
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and maintaining candidate records
  • Managing recruitment inboxes and handling candidate queries promptly and professionally
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and compliance documents
  • Assisting with reporting, data entry, and ensuring all recruitment systems are up to date
  • Supporting wider HR and recruitment projects as needed
