Recruiter / Talent Search Specialist (inhouse and agency) ONSITE AND REMOTE (Cape Town / Pretoria)

Role

We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruiters / Talent Search Specialists to join our team, and also roles with our clients -Various location - immediate need - Pretoria.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for our clients\' open positions.

Responsibilities
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide timely and accurate updates on candidate progress
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and facilitating on-boarding
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes
