Role Overview

My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to support their offshore initiative. This role will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international recruitment, a deep understanding of cross‑cultural hiring practices, and the ability to work across time zones and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and project leads to understand offshoring talent needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in offshore locations.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and offshore partners as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global hiring standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports.
  • Support employer branding initiatives in offshore markets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on global talent trends and sourcing strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in global or international recruitment, preferably in an offshoring or outsourcing context.
  • Strong understanding of global labor markets, especially in EMEA – Europe, Middle East and Africa.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices in offshore regions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
