What You’ll Do
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume roles (primarily Customer Service Agents).
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using innovative recruitment methods.

  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment — meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 1 year of volume recruitment experience — preferably within a BPO or recruitment agency environment.
  • Matric (Grade 12) required; an HR or related qualification is advantageous.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, recruitment platforms, ATS experience preferred).
  • Must be flexible, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
  • Must have clear criminal and credit records.
