Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Randburg. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill business staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, hosting recruitment drives, and building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring process.
