  • Partner with account managers to ensure seamless staffing fulfillment.

Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional and organized Recruiter to join our team. This role is critical in managing high-volume candidate pipelines evaluating talent against company standards and coordinating scheduling to support nationwide staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 2040 candidate screenings per hour using our proprietary recruitment platform.
  • Assess candidate fit quickly and accurately ensuring alignment with company professionalism standards.
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling logistics in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with account managers and staff coordinators to ensure seamless staffing fulfillment.
