Job Opening: Recruiter

Location: Durban, South Africa (Remote - US Hours)

Type: Full-Time, Work From Home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Pay: Monthly Salary

Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Provide hiring managers with relevant market insights and candidates' profiles to aid in decision-making
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
