How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for sales hiring, giving candidates a world class experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview processes.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
• Support team initiatives that enhance our workplace culture.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly high volume sales hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
